A new Moo Custom starts at only £1,275 for our Team Design single fin, Wave, Freewave, Freestyle Wave, up to 100Litres.
Team Design is a lightly sanded white board with Moo Custom Artwork. Each board is hand crafted to suit the customers exacting requirements. A combination of Hexcel S Glass cloth and 3K Carbon are hand laminated using top grade marine epoxy systems. The Airex high density foam also employs strategic double sandwich in high stress areas. Every hand laminated epoxy/carbon/glass component is vacuum laminated,consequently four vacuum lamination processes for each board, very time consuming but essential for the perfect resin to reinforcement ratio ; Chinook inserts are used and capped for a long life. This is all hand finished in our unique two pack polyurethane paint with an epoxy non slip system. This is a great combination of strength/weight/ flex and ride.
Every board comes equipped with the highest quality G10 fin (Excluding Speed Boards), Moo Custom foot straps (we use four screws, because we think its best) and luxury foot pads.
As we are a custom builder every board is different, we listen to what you want and build it. Our construction is stronger and lighter than production boards as it is handmade and not moulded.
